This policy explains how Ghost Cat Agency handles personal data of people who visit agenciaghostcat.com.br or contact us, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
Who we are
Ghost Cat Agency, a 100% remote marketing and communication agency. For anything about your data: email, WhatsApp or Instagram.
What data we handle
- Browsing: the hosting server logs technical access data such as IP address, date, time and browser, for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookie choice: we store the choice you made in the cookie notice in your own browser.
- Analytics (only if you accept): if you click "Accept", Google Analytics counts visits in aggregate with anonymized IP. Without your ok, it is not loaded.
- Form and checklist: they do not send or store anything. They only build a text and open your WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it.
- Contact: when you reach us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we receive your name, number, email or profile and what you write.
Fonts and images are served from our own server. We do not use advertising tools.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to confirm, access, correct, anonymize, port or delete your data, and withdraw consent. You may also contact Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
Retention and sharing
We keep data only as long as needed for your request, the contract and legal obligations. We do not sell data; it only goes through providers needed for the service, such as hosting, Google (analytics, if accepted) and the messaging apps you chose.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top is updated.
